Horse Riding and Mental Health

There is SOMETHING about the OUTSIDE of a horse that is GOOD for the INSIDE of a man.

Being in the outdoor environment and spending time with horses is really important for not only physical health but mental health.

People who spend time around horses benefit from improved mental health. Horses are so sensitive to human emotion and help people ease their innermost struggles and conflicts.

In my experience, equine interactions ease stress, anxiety and help people, express their emotions.

In my early teenage years I found myself struggling with anxiety and my horses really grounded me. They helped me find and better myself. They are truly the best therapy animals.
